As a Growth Operations Operator at Picnic, you’ll identify and overcome bottlenecks. You therefore are a key player of our growth plan in the Netherlands and in our latest opening in France. Your affinity for numbers will enable you to calculate our customer demand as well as supply chain capacities and your excellent communication skills will help you deal effectively with multiple stakeholders across our business. By keeping up-to-date with industry trends, you’ll come up with innovative new ideas that improve the way we do demand and capacity forecasting. You don’t need any programming and/or coding skills—an affinity for numbers and being open to learn new skills is what counts!

• Be responsible for forecasting customer order demand on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Oversee the capacity in our delivery (Hubs) and fulfilment centers to ensure we’re able to meet customer expectations daily
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders from multiple areas of the company (Customer team, Fulfilment & last mile operations)
• Create data driven insights on changing customer behavior

• HBO degree or similar educational background
• You’re data-driven and have a passion for numbers and models
• You’re a clear and engaging communicator
• You’re fluent in English (Fluency in Dutch and/or French is a bonus, but not required)
• You’re open to learn new skills like: SQL, Python
• You're available to work 1 weekend (sat+sun) per 5/6 weeks
