Functional Application Manager - Kronos (Temporary)

As Functional Application Manager, you will join the Business Technology team focusing on HR. You realise the initiatives on the technology roadmap, and, with the teams, you support the Technology business objectives and work on solving second line incidents.

This is a temporary role for 6 months, from January 2025 to July 2025.

As Functional Application Manager, you will join the Business Technology team focusing on HR. You realise the initiatives on the technology roadmap, and, with the teams, you support the Technology business objectives and work on solving second line incidents.

This is a temporary role for 6 months, from January 2025 to July 2025.

• Manage and oversee the application operations for Kronos (WFC).
• Stabilize and optimize HR processes in collaboration with the HR department and Store Operations.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for application enhancements.
• Collaborate with suppliers to implement change requests effectively.
• Prioritize and specify test requirements in alignment with business needs.
• Develop workarounds or facilitate implementations in standard software as necessary.
• Work closely with the Service Delivery Manager to ensure seamless application management.
• Lead major projects related to HR process implementation and contract management across various countries.
• Stay ahead of developments in application management to improve efficiency and effectiveness continuously.
• Ensure all applications comply with the latest collective labour agreement rules and industry standards.

A great fulltime assignment (38 hours) in Hoorn. Please apply with your availability date and your hourly rate.
