Are you a freelance solar construction manager who is available by the end of September 2024 on a full-time base for a period of 6 months? Do you have technical knowledge in Solar PV(Photovoltaics) energy? Can you manage and oversee all on-site activities to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget?
An international organization that produces and supplies electricity, gas, heat, and cooling, and offers a wide range of energy-saving products and services.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Ensure all work is performed to the highest quality standards and in compliance with project specifications and regulations;
- Implement and enforce HSE protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on-site (supported by an on-site HSE coordinator);
- Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, including any issues or delays, to the project management team;
- Maintain effective communication with all local stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, and residents.
- Manage site resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials together with the subcontractors, to optimize efficiency and productivity;
- Payment Requests: Support in checking and verifying subcontractors' and suppliers' payment requests following their deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual terms.

Functie eisen
* Bachelor in Engineering degree (HBO);* VCA VOL or SCC (Germany) certificate;
* Technical Knowledge in Solar PV energy: In-depth understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials specific to solar park projects;
* Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor construction activities;
* Ability to implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all construction work meets the required standards and specifications;
* Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe working environment;
* Understanding of construction contracts and contract management;
* Fluent in English.
