Job description
As a key member of our Project Management department, you will take on the responsibility of overseeing contract administration, financial management, progress tracking, project procurement, and commercial risk management. You will provide expertise in both commercial and financial aspects, offering support during contract negotiations with both customers and subcontractors. Your primary focus will be on managing larger and more complex projects and contracts.
In addition, you will enhance contract risk awareness by integrating contractual responsibilities into our project execution process. You will excel in managing customer expectations, aligning with stakeholders, and translating contractual risks into effective processes.
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will work closely with the project team, customers, and suppliers. Furthermore, you will expand your experience by managing the project plan, budget, risks, communications, and ensuring the overall success of the project outcomes.

If you’re an experienced, enthusiastic and versatile contract manager or project controller, you will excel at:
Driving processes to improve in meeting contractual liabilities.
Tracking scope changes, analyzing impact of change, and make recommendations to the Project Manager.
Tracking expenditures, estimate and negotiate changes with client and subcontractors.
Supporting procurement with commercial and contractual advice, in line with project terms.
Reporting and communicating on project status and milestones, including planning of the project, and facilitating risk sessions.
Must haves that need to be visible on your CV:
Contract frameworks like FIDIC and NEC (3 and 4) or similar.
Execution of Engineered to Order, large and complex project execution.
Contract negotiation including
Pro-active
Selfstarting
Minumum bachelor degree
5-7 years of experience
