We are looking for a multi-faceted Financial Controller / Portfolio manager at our boutique business services client. In this position, you are at the heart of the finance team and ensure that their international clients, who are looking to move or expand into the Dutch market, are able to navigate the sea of national regulations effectively.

We are looking for a multi-faceted Financial Controller / Portfolio manager at our boutique business services client. In this position, you are at the heart of the finance team and ensure that their international clients, who are looking to move or expand into the Dutch market, are able to navigate the sea of national regulations effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Financial management for a diverse client base, ensuring compliance with Dutch regulations.
- Handling of bookkeeping, financial reporting, VAT returns, and the preparation of annual accounts.
- Collaborating closely with legal, HR, and compliance departments to provide seamless service integration.
- Mentoring and supporting less experienced finance team members, enhancing the collaborative work environment.
This position involves a part-time position at 3 to max 4 days. Salary will be between 4600 and 5600 gross per month based on 40 hours, excluding holiday pay. I will be happy to tell you more about the secondary benefits in a personal call.
How we'll proceed. Within four working days we will let you know if you qualify for this position. We will schedule an introductory interview, either digitally or in-person. Functie eisen
Key Qualifications:* At least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial administration.
* Proficiency in EXACT Online; knowledge of other systems like VISMA, Dynamics 365, or Netsuite is a plus.
* Expertise in Dutch and EU VAT regulations.
* Excellent command of English; Dutch proficiency is highly valued, with additional European languages being highly advantageous.
