We are looking for a talented financial process expert to join one of the fastest-growing retail companies in Europe. In this dynamic role, you'll be part of a dedicated team of 15 professionals responsible for the comprehensive system administration of our international organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the performance of financial processes and systems, providing regular reports to stakeholders and taking corrective actions as needed.
- Support existing users by offering guidance and advice on utilizing financial systems more efficiently.
- Collaborate with the Technology team to manage change requests, contribute to project initiatives, and participate in user acceptance testing.
- Ensure the stability and continuous improvement of financial processes within the organization.
- Share expertise on financial processes and systems with new employees during onboarding, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Maintain close communication with stakeholders, including operational finance colleagues, system users, and project managers, to facilitate effective collaboration.
- Prepare and update high-quality process documentation to reflect current practices and standards.
The salary for this role will be based off of experience and knowledge level and will be between €5500 and €6000 gross per month, excluding holiday. Additional benefits will be discussed in the interview process.

Functie eisen
In order to succeed in this role, we ask that you have:* Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or technology;
* A minimum of 5 years of work experience with financial processes and systems;
* Experience with financial SAP applications and process documentation tools;
* Knowledge of process documentation and improvement, as well as implementation of internal controls and system testing;
* Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
