Finance Lead Europe - Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring compliance and accuracy across multiple business units.
- Lead the production of annual budgets, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow forecasting.
- Manage cash flow, including accounts receivable and payable, to maximize financial efficiency.
- Act as a strategic bridge between European finance teams and the global headquarters, ensuring smooth financial operations.
- Collaborate with auditors and tax accountants to support statutory and tax reporting in Belgium and Italy.
- Provide insightful financial analysis to support commercial teams and drive business decisions.

Finance Lead Europe - Requirements:* Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (French and Italian are a plus).
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years in FP&A, with a strong track record in managing multiple entities and currencies.
* Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or an MBA. Professional qualifications such as ACA or CIMA are highly desirable.
