Finance Business Partner

As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a strategic role in providing financial analyses, insights, and support to stakeholders. You will actively contribute to improving business performance with well-thought-out financial advice. Acting as a trusted advisor, you bridge the gap between financial processes and various departments. You will analyze customer and SKU profitability and work closely with teams such as Commercial and Operations to optimize financial processes and outcomes. Additionally, you will contribute to strategic planning by developing and maintaining forecast models, supporting budgeting, and analyzing management reports.

Core business responsibilities:

•  Conducting thorough financial analyses and providing insights into customer and SKU performance.
•  Identifying weekly developments and advising stakeholders and management.
•  Acting as a strategic partner for various departments.
•  Collaborating with Commercial and Operations to align financial planning with business strategy.
•  Developing and maintaining accurate forecast models and supporting budgeting.
•  Analyzing promotional activities and their impact on margins and profitability.
•  Improving reporting processes in collaboration with Analytics and BI teams.
•  Supporting the creation of management reports and ensuring financial accuracy.
•  Presenting complex financial data in a clear and understandable way.

Person profile:

We are looking for a reliable and dynamic Finance Business Partner. To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• An analytical and proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with international stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and a commercial attitude.
• The ability to translate financial insights into impactful advice.
• Experience with forecasting, reporting, and financial modeling.
• A background in FMCG, manufacturing, or a similar sector.
• A team player who enjoys collaborating and offering innovative solutions.
