🥜 In a nutshellA growing company means a growing number of financial complexities! We're on the lookout for a sharp-eyed Finance Administrator to keep our daily invoice flow running smoothly. You'll be the trusted expert ensuring invoices are complete, bookings are timely and accurate, and purchase orders hit the mark. When urgent supplier disputes pop up, you’ll step in to handle everything from order blocks to contract discussions. But this role is more than just numbers. You’ll collaborate with our team to streamline processes, find smarter ways of working, and push for efficiency at every turn. 🎯 What you’ll do- Take full ownership of the invoice processing workflow
- Manage a team of bookers, report directly to you
- Perform basic analyses on Picnic’s invoices
- Collaborate with financial operations teams on periodic reporting processes
- Bring a hands-on approach to daily finance operations and challenges
- Provide cash-reporting insights to support other Finance teams
- Manage the finance mailbox, serving as the primary contact for supplier inquiries
- Oversee financial settlements for external damages efficiently and accurately
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or Bookkeeping
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail, accuracy, and a structured approach
- Beyond basic MS Excel and data analysis skills
- ERP-system knowledge (Workday is a plus)
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both verbal and written
- A proactive, hands-on attitude with a creative and problem-solving mindset
- Assertive in driving continuous improvement
