In this role you’ll be working with cutting-edge technology in the field of body composition analysis. In their modern work environment, you will be responsible for the maintenance, calibration, and repair of advanced measurement equipment.

De opdrachtgever is wereldwijd bekend van zijn hightech apparaten om lichaam samenstellingen te analyseren. Deze apparaten zijn onder andere te vinden in ziekenhuizen, sportcentra en onderzoeksinstellingen. Sinds 2017 is het Europese hoofdkantoor gevestigd in Amsterdam, waar een enthousiast, internationaal team werkt aan verdere groei in Europa.

In deze rol maak je deel uit van een hecht en deskundig team. Jij zorgt ervoor dat apparatuur perfect functioneert - zowel op locatie bij de klant als in de werkplaats. Jouw taken zijn onder andere:

• Uitvoeren van reparaties en onderhoud aan apparatuur;
• Diagnoses stellen en technische storingen snel en vakkundig oplossen;
• Klanten ondersteunen bij installatie, configuratie en integratie van de systemen;
• Bijhouden van het ticketsysteem en opstellen van duidelijke rapportages en kostenramingen;
• Plannen van onderhoud en bestellen van onderdelen in samenwerking met collega’s;
• Geven van trainingen (online of op locatie) aan gebruikers over het juiste gebruik van de apparatuur.

In this role you will be part of a close-knit and skilled team. You ensure that all equipment functions flawlessly - both at the customer’s location and in the workshop. Your responsibilities include:

• Performing repairs and maintenance on equipment;
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues quickly and professionally;
• Supporting customers with the installation, configuration, and integration of systems;
• Managing the ticket system and creating clear reports and cost estimates;
• Scheduling maintenance and ordering parts in collaboration with colleagues;
• Providing training (online or on-site) to users on the correct use of the equipment.

• Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.800 en € 3.500 (afhankelijk van ervaring);

Je bent technisch sterk onderlegd, denkt in oplossingen en werkt graag servicegericht.
Daarnaast breng je het volgende mee:

• Een afgeronde technische opleiding, bijvoorbeeld in elektronica of mechatronica;
• Ervaring met het onderhouden en repareren van technische apparatuur (ervaring in medische of fitness-/diagnosetechnologie is een pré);
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse én Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Duits is een plus;
• Ervaring met Microsoft Office; kennis van ticketing- of CRM-systemen is mooi meegenomen;
• In het bezit van rijbewijs B en bereid om af en toe te reizen binnen de regio.

• You are a solution-oriented technician with a passion for precise, customer-focused work.
• Your qualifications include:
• Completed technical training, ideally as an electronics technician, mechatronics technician, or in a similar field;
• Experience in repair and maintenance of technical devices; experience with medical or fitness/diagnostic technology is a plus;
• Strong technical understanding and problem-solving skills;
• Proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written; Korean skills are an advantage;
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, and ideally, experience with ticketing or CRM systems;
• A Class B driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally.
