Field Service Engineer - Salary: up to 44.000€ per year - Utrecht

Join a renowned Medical Technologies company in Utrecht as Field Service Engineer!

This is a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of providing timely, efficient high-quality service, to customers of the company's innovative medical devices, hospital, bariatric, and sandbed product lines, designed to provide comfort and safety for patients with various needs, all across the Netherlands

What do we offer?

Salary: up to 44.000€ per year, based on 40h

Contract: Direct and Permanent with the company

Location: Utrecht

Benefits and Extras:

25 holidays, no ADV

5% bonus

Commuting allowance 0,23 cent per km with max 60 km one-way or 100% OV reimbursement

Fitness allowance of 163,- net per year

Your responsibilities:

Ensuring delivery of service (maintenance, repairs, field mods, delivery support) at defined quality level in the most efficient way all across the Netherlands, with tasks such as:

Deliver timely and appropriate service to installed base customers.

Administer a stock of spare parts.

Ensure implementation of product modifications and audit follow-ups.

Follow up customers’ needs or complaints to Territory and Sales team.

Specific responsibilities include:

Perform repairs, modifications and servicing on products at customers.

Assist in some capital products deliveries: demonstration and basic training to users.

Assist in Rental activities, such as supplying rental beds.

Assist in Service center activities, such as cleaning and repairing rental and demo beds.

Willing to participate in on-call schedule

Order spare parts, single-use goods and management of samples.

Participate in audits follow-ups.

Take good care of the granted company vehicle and tools.

Ensure compliance with both internal and external quality processes.

Complete activity reports.

What do you bring?

Licensed/technical background in mechanics or electrical field

Driver’s license B

Knowledge and experience handling Medical Bed product lines.

Native Dutch speaker, with a good level of English.

Command of Quality Manual.

Knowledge of Health, Safety and Regulatory rules.

Basic knowledge of applicable laws, regulations and norms.

Basic PC skills (MS Office, Lotus Notes).
