For the Amsterdam region, we are immediately looking for an enthusiastic candidate for the position of Field Service Mechanic / Maintenance Mechanic.
You will be part of our field service team. You will drive in a fully equipped Sprinter to Collé customers. On location, you will independently carry out repairs, maintenance and periodic (safety) inspections of construction and earth-moving machines. This way, you contribute to maximum availability of the machines.
Your tasks and responsibilities- Looking for, analysing and solving malfunctions using electronic and hydraulic diagrams;
- Performing maintenance, repairs and safety inspections on site;
- Keeping workplace and environment clean and tidy;
- Communicating with customers on site.
- Market-based salary and working conditions according to the Collective Labour Agreement for Metalworking;- Discounts on products and services with the Employee Benefit Programme;
- We have a 40-hour working week and, according to the collective labour agreement, you can choose between the full commutation of ADV or 13 ADV days per year;
- Free enjoyment of the snow at SnowWorld;
- Holiday pay, training opportunities, bicycle plan, fitness plan, overtime compensation (free time or money), ...;
- Option to take up to 44 leave days;
- Monthly Friday afternoon drinks in our in-house café;

- MBO working and thinking level, obtained through a technical education and/or work experience preferably in mobile machinery or mechatronics;
- Other technical training and interest in our machines;
- Several years of work experience as a service mechanic / field service mechanic is a plus;
- Knowledge and experience of diesel, electrical and hydraulics;
- Problem-solving, analytical ability, service-oriented, representative, flexible, independent, team player, stress-resistant, sense of responsibility, no 9-5 mentality;
- Living in the Amsterdam region.
