  • Technical Issue Resolution: Receive and manage reports of technical faults across various properties, ensuring issues are addressed quickly and effectively.
  • Maintenance Management: Oversee and coordinate regular maintenance activities, including tracking, archiving, and managing outsourced services.
  • Supplier & Contractor Relations: Maintain professional relationships with suppliers, contractors, and external service providers, ensuring contractual obligations are met and service levels are maintained.
  • Energy & Compliance Oversight: Monitor and manage energy-related certifications, including energy labels and energy meter readings, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day support for the Technical Management department, assisting with various operational and administrative tasks, from report management to service coordination.
Profiel
  • Education: MBO/HBO level (or equivalent) with a focus on facility management, technical services, or a related field.
  • Experience: While prior experience in customer oriented job or facility management is advantageous
  • Skills: Dutch is mandatory. Strong communication skills (both oral and written) with the ability to interact effectively with tenants, contractors, and internal teams. Proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Personal Traits: You should be service-oriented, stress-resistant, and proactive. A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously is essential.
  • Technical Affinity: Interest or experience in technical systems, facilities management software, and general IT tools is a plus.
