Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure offices are in good condition and meet company standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for any issues related to office facilities, including maintenance, compliance, and incidents.
- Manage relationships with property owners, service providers, and vendors (electricity, heating, maintenance, etc.), including negotiating and renewing contracts as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and administrative requirements regarding corporate real estate and safety.
- Monitor contracts related to new office acquisitions.
- Oversee necessary renovation or compliance work at new office locations.
- Propose improvements to optimize workspaces and enhance employee comfort.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in facilities management or multi-site operations.
- Language proficiency: Fluent in French, English, and Spanish (at least B1 level), with a willingness to undertake further language training.
- Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently across international locations.
- Frequent travel required to Belgium, France, and future locations in other countries.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in vendor management.
- Ability to multitask and proactively solve problems.
- Highly organized with excellent coordination skills.
- Solid understanding of corporate real estate regulations and legal compliance.
