About This Role

We are looking for a temporary Facility Coordinator / Workplace Coordinator to cover a maternity leave, who will take care of our brand new office in Enschede. Performing a range of administrative and organizational tasks, you will provide the highest standards and take responsibility for the office to ensure our business can run smoothly.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact internal users.
• Knowledge of building management and ensuring compliance with maintenance schedules and relevant health and safety regulations.
• Participate in the emergency preparedness and planning team.
• Receive, manage, and process work order requests; ensure problems are resolved quickly.
• Coordinate the vehicle fleet for the Netherlands.
• Coordinate and manage office events.
• Coordinate external service providers, including cleaning, catering, and other facility-related vendors.
• Work closely with the Facilities Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and continuous improvement of the workplace environment.

What will you bring to the table?

• Experience as a Facility Coordinator, Office Manager or similar roles
• A proactive, flexible, and positive approach to your work.
• Ability to handle ad-hoc situations.
• Excellent organizational skills and confident decision-making.
• Proficiency in both Dutch and English, German is a plus.
• Possession of a First Aid (BHV) certificate or willingness to obtain it promptly.
