- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Workforce scheduling including vacation planning, absence, and overtime control.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Ensure that all work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Supervise inventory of tools and supplies needed for maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with other (external) departments to identify maintenance needs and priorities.
- Monitor and control maintenance costs.
- Prepare reports on maintenance activities and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Functie eisen
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience as a supervisor or similar role within the field of logistics.
- Technical knowledge and skills are nice to have but not necessary to get the job done.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and during weekends.
