We are looking for an Executive Assistant for an international food production organization in Amsterdam! In this position you will have multiple tasks that will include managing several complex international calendars containing internal and external meetings, workshops and symposia, (video) conferences and (last minute) travelling arrangements. In this exciting role you will support the VP and Global Director. You will play a vital role in supporting the team to deliver the best performance. Your responsibilities will include:
- Agenda- and travel management and other related activities to calendar management;
- You will organize management meetings, agenda and overall arrangement;
- You are responsible for the team calendar, scheduling meetings and business updates etc.;
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks and declare expenses;
- You are responsible for support to team events;
- Purchase order management;
- You will organize lunches, order flowers, order presents, etc. when appropriate.
The position is for approximately 9 months from 31/10/2024 - 31/07/3025. The salary is between €3500 - €4000 gross per month, based on full time employment and knowledge and experience.

Within four working days we will let you know if you qualify for the position. We will schedule an introductory interview, either digitally or in-person. During this interview we will inform you as fully as possible about the vacancy, the company and the following steps in the procedure. Functie eisen
The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:* You are a proactive, effective professional, who gets fulfillment in giving the best possible support;
* You have high levels of ownership and accountability, being able to put yourself in your managers' shoes;
* You have an administrative background and at least 5 years of relevant experience;
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook tools;
* You have an excellent command of the English language, Dutch is a plus;
* Moreover, you have fun in your job and give your best to contribute to a nice and professional work environment.
