As an operator, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth running of our production processes, maintaining safety and cleanliness around the (shaped part) machines. If you are enthusiastic about working in a 3-shift system and possess the technical skills to handle small malfunctions independently, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the production and inspection of EPS products (expanded polystyrene)
• Adjusting machine and/or production line components
• Monitoring parameters and making machine adjustments
• Maintaining close communication with the technical department, collaborating closely
• Actively contributing to ongoing improvements within the company

Wat we bieden

• A monthly salary between €3,150 and €3,400 based on 40 hours per week.
• Permanent contract with a view to a long-term employment.
• Full-time position, 38-40 hours per week.
