Your Role as Engineer High Voltage Systems:


As a Engineer High Voltage Systems, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of our high-voltage vehicle systems, from development and testing through production and beyond. You'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our Battery Electric Vehicles (BEVs).


Your Responsibilities:


  • Lead the development and implementation of high-voltage systems, from concept to production.
  • Work closely with our engineering teams at our client and their sister companies to ensure seamless integration.
  • Act as the key integrator between suppliers and internal departments (including Marketing, After Sales, Production, Purchasing, and Testing).
  • Define and manage system requirements for both hardware and software.
  • Monitor supplier progress and ensure timely delivery.
  • Initiate and oversee system testing.
  • Provide regular reports on development status to management.

What we're looking for:


  • A strong technical background: You possess a HTS/TU degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Deep knowledge and experience: You have a solid understanding of high-voltage electrical/electronic systems in vehicles and their application in BEVs.
  • CAN network expertise: You are familiar with CAN network applications in vehicles.
  • A team player: You collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proactive and results-oriented: You take initiative and consistently deliver on your commitments.
  • Excellent communicator: You possess strong written and spoken English skills.
  • Experience in coordination and planning is an advantage.
  • Several years of relevant experience in the field.

You'll also receive a training budget of €3500 per year, €750 to spend on your workplace design, bonus opportunities, 25 vacation days per year (based on a 40-hour work week), 8.33% holiday pay, a pension scheme, travel allowance, and the ability to work from home.
