Are you passionate about the impact of engine innovations on emissions and performance? As an Emission Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in orchestrating discussions and decisions on the effects of hardware, software, and calibration changes related to emissions, diagnostics, and other key performance aspects. Your expertise and coordination skills will help shape PACCAR’s next generation of engines, supporting their development from concept to production.
Your Responsibilities- Lead critical discussions on emissions, diagnostics, and performance to determine the impact of engine and aftertreatment changes.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, creating and aligning content summaries before production or field release.
- Gather and analyze data to provide timely recommendations for release content.
- Approve release content based on comprehensive information and data review.
- Maintain and manage release schedules for the full engine and aftertreatment portfolio, ensuring updates meet release milestones.
You’ll work with a wide array of teams, including PACCAR’s Global Engine Development in Eindhoven and North America, Embedded Engineering, Production Engineering, After Sales, and Compliance.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant project engineering experience.
- Strong knowledge of engine, aftertreatment, and on-board diagnostics.
- Excellent English skills.
- Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
