Are you the Software Test Engineer we need to drive the future of embedded systems?
As a Software Test Engineer, you play a key role in verifying and validating the software and applications running on embedded systems. Your work will cover functional testing, platform performance, network management, and diagnostics, ensuring the highest quality standards. You’ll design tests based on system requirements, manage test cases in HP ALM, and execute them on hardware-in-the-loop systems.
You'll join a highly diverse, multidisciplinary team, collaborating daily with verification engineers and frequently interacting with project stakeholders, including software and hardware engineers and project leads. Reporting to the Supervisor of the Software Verification group within the Verification department, you’ll contribute to cutting-edge projects in a fast-paced environment.

What you bring to the team
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanics, Automotive, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in embedded software testing.
- Knowledge of test techniques; an ISTQB certificate is a plus.
- Strong technical expertise in the powertrain domain.
- Experience with test automation, requirements management, and scrum/agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with HP ALM or similar test management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Knowledge of embedded software design processes according to the V-cycle.
- Familiarity with Matlab/Simulink and model-based design techniques is preferred.
