Embedded FPGA Engineer : Digital Processing Group

In this role as an Embedded FPGA Engineer, you will be at the forefront of healthcare innovation, designing and optimizing hardware-accelerated solutions that power Philips’ advanced medical devices. Working within Innovation Engineering, part of the Electronics Systems & IoT Department, you will contribute to the design, realization, integration, and testing of signal processing algorithms. With an entrepreneurial mindset, you will drive technological advancements, process improvements, and continuous learning in a dynamic, high-tech environment.

Your major responsibilities will include the following:
✅ Develop & implement high-performance hardware-accelerated software solutions for Philips’ medical devices.
✅ Design, integrate, and test mathematical algorithms for signal processing in embedded systems.
✅ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to bring cutting-edge technologies to life.
✅ Stay ahead of evolving FPGA and embedded technologies, ensuring Philips remains at the forefront of innovation.
✅ Adapt & improve – contribute to process improvements and respond to changing project requirements with agility.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
Primary employment conditions
- Monthly salary as per market standards
- A 13th month payment, pro-rated periodically
- 8.33% holiday allowance calculated on 12 monthly salaries
Secondary employment conditions
- Pension Plus scheme
- Net €750,- to set up your home workplace
- 25 vacation days per year based on 40 hours
- Travel allowance
- Internet allowance
- Relocation assistance if you come from outside the Netherlands
