⚡ Electronic Project Lead ⚡
As an Electronic Project Lead, you will play a crucial role in the development of innovative electronic solutions. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of electronic projects, ensuring they meet technical specifications, quality standards, and business objectives. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will define project goals, manage resources, and drive efficient execution.
In this role, you will lead and manage electronic development projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with required standards. You will be responsible for defining project scope, objectives, budgets, and resource allocation, working closely with stakeholders to maintain a seamless workflow.
You will oversee both hardware and embedded software development, ensuring that electronic designs comply with industry best practices and technical requirements. As a key leader, you will coordinate and mentor a multidisciplinary team, providing technical direction, fostering collaboration, and identifying training needs to enhance overall expertise.
Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, ensuring that all deliverables are traceable, well-documented, and aligned with quality standards. Throughout the project lifecycle, you will monitor progress, analyze outcomes, and proactively address challenges to ensure continuous improvement. Furthermore, you will work closely with the Quality team and other stakeholders to develop and implement an effective electronic testing strategy, ensuring the highest level of performance and reliability in the final product.
You will be part of the Electronics team within the Grooming & Beauty business, working alongside experts in two locations—Drachten and Eindhoven. Based in Drachten, you will act as the key interface between the project core team and the Electronics team, supporting all electronic development activities for Grooming & Shaving products. Your role will involve close collaboration with international teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Required Skills & Experience
To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications and competencies:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Electronics or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in electronic development, preferably in consumer products.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of modern electronic engineering tools, methodologies, and processes.
- Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and international teams, with excellent communication skills.
- Proactive Approach: A strong focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement in project execution.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (written & verbal); basic Dutch knowledge is a plus.
