You will be working within the Smart Infrastructure team of Siemens, where you will be part of an enthusiastic, diverse, and rapidly growing team of over 100 engineers. Functieomschrijving
Would you like to be part of Siemens in the Netherlands for the datacenter projects? If you have an electrical engineering background and relevant experience with power distribution systems and have the pleasure from working on international projects of complexity and a on a large scale, please do not hesitate to contact me, as we are looking for Electrical Design Engineer from junior to senior level!
Primary responsibilities in an electrical design function you can expect:
- Making design and detailed engineering work of electrical distribution systems in coordination with the clients.
- Investigating & advising on layouts, components, cabling selection, termination kits, earthing & grounding, etc.
- Writing assembly and commissioning plans and performing test work (FAT) on site and in our factories abroad.
- Planing and overseeing the progress of factory operations and resolve technical remaining issues.
- Setting up of technical documentation.
Functie-eisen
Experience Level: junior 0-3 years, medior 3-5 years, senior 5-8 years, lead/principal 8+years in relevant fields
Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
Language requirements: Fluent in English (verbal and written); knowledge of Dutch is beneficial
Legal aspect: All candidates must have an EU member state nationality and driving license required
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
Primary employment conditions
- Monthly salary: for junior position 3400-3800 euro (0-3 years experience), medior position 3900-4500 euro (4-6 years experience), senior position 4600-5600 euro (7+ years)
- A 13th month payment, pro-rated periodically
- 8.33% holiday allowance calculated on 12 monthly salaries
Secondary employment conditions
- Pension Plus scheme (build-up from day 1)
- 5% shift work allowance
- Net €750,- to set up your home workplace
- 25 vacation days per year based on 40 hours
- Travel allowance
- Internet allowance
- Home office allowance
- Relocation assistance if you come from outside the Netherlands
You will be seconded for one year via Yacht, with the possibility of being considered for a permanent position at Siemens after this year
