  • Data Collection and Management: Gather, clean, and organize data from various sources such as sales, customer behavior, website traffic, and marketing campaigns to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Performance Analysis: Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) like conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in the E-Commerce team.
  • Reporting and Visualization: Create comprehensive reports and visual dashboards to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.

Relevant knowledge skills & competences:

  • Analytical Experience:
  • Mid-Level: 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within an eCommerce or retail environment.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as PowerBI and Excel, but also Google Analytics.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
  • Domain Knowledge:
  • Understanding of eCommerce metrics, customer behavior analysis, and digital marketing analytics.
  • Communication and Reporting:
  • Strong ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders through reports and visualizations.
  • Experience in creating dashboards and presenting findings to various levels of the organization.
  • Project Management:
  • Experience in managing data projects, including gathering requirements, setting timelines, and delivering results.
  • These educational qualifications and experiences ensure that a data analyst is well-equipped to handle the demands of an eCommerce environment, drive data-driven decision-making, and contribute to the business's overall success.

    Arbeidsvoorwaarden
    • Preference is given to candidates with a salary expectation between €50,000 and €65,000 per year, including 8.33% holiday allowance, based on a 40-hour workweek.
    • Higher salary is possible for exceptionally qualified candidates.
    • Freelance is possible, with a maximum hourly rate of €80.
