With the increasing shift toward data-centric systems, you will bridge traditional document control with digital tools, supporting the seamless flow of project information throughout its lifecycle.

In this role, you will check documents against project and corporate requirements, verify the completeness of incoming sub-contractor and supplier documents, and manage final documentation in collaboration with project management, procurement, construction, and engineering teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Adobe, is beneficial.

Furthermore, you will:

  • Maintain an up-to-date, controlled and complete Document Management System (DMS) for projects and/or operations (including Installation Library).
  • Have a good understanding and adherence to (project) information management processes.
  • Ensure all applicable metadata fields are accurately updated and maintained in applicable tooling and registers.
  • Execute and provide the status of project tracking and archiving of deliverables throughout the project lifecycle in accordance with the (project) requirements
  • Attend project kick off meetings, progress meetings and Vendor / Supplier / Subcontractor kick off meetings where required.
  • Prepare transmittals for external parties, submit with accompanying documents and processes received transmittals and documents.
  • Check original Bluewater documents against Project- & Bluewater corporate requirements and/or standards.
  • Check incoming sub-contractor and supplier documents on completeness.
  • Manage final documentation (Bluewater MRB) in conjunction with project management and procurement/construction/engineering.
Requirements
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and Adobe.
  • Expert in Document Management Software
  • Thorough / detail-oriented.
