As a Director of Sales, you'll have a dynamic and diverse role, with key responsibilities including:

  • Leading and inspiring commercial teams in multiple cities, ensuring all team members are aligned with business objectives;
  • Working closely with the Reservations Manager to optimize team efficiency, focusing on both maximizing revenue and delivering excellent guest service;
  • Developing and executing tailored sales strategies for each location to drive growth and improve market share;
  • Fostering a positive and energetic sales environment, supporting teams in reaching their full potential;
  • Managing key external relationships, cultivating partnerships, and ensuring long-term success with clients and stakeholders.

The salary indication for the position of Director of Sales is between €5000 and €5500 gross per month based on full-time employment. I would be happy to discuss other conditions with you in a personal interview.

Functie eisen

The Director of Sales meets the following requirements:

* A minimum of 5 years in hospitality sales, with at least 2 years leading a team, along with a relevant bachelor's degree;
* Strong analytical skills, a results-driven approach, and a proven track record in senior sales roles with full responsibility;
* Inspirational leadership abilities, capable of coaching Sales Managers and General Managers on sales strategies, with experience managing global key accounts;
* Expertise across multiple segments, including Corporate and Meetings & Events;
* A solid existing network to support business growth, awareness of market trends, and a focus on achieving results while aligning with company culture;
* You must be based in or near Amsterdam, hold EU citizenship or a valid work visa, and be available to work full-time.
