Our client is the biggest streaming service provider and they are looking for an experienced a Talent & Operations Coordinator (40hrs, hybrid) in Amsterdam.

The client in this role is seeking someone who MUST HAVE proven track of record working at a big multinational fast-paced companies AND experience in high-volume interview scheduling across different timezone (EMEA, US). You will also need to be based in the Netherlands.

Position: Deparment Assistant EMEA (hybrid, 40 hours) Location: Amsterdam

All applicants MUSThave full legal authorization to work in the EU region independently and be fluent in both spoken and written English language.

Offer

· Temporary agency contract via Grafton for 6 months with possible extension or conversion to client contract

· Start: ASAP

· Salary depending on experience: between € 3.400 -€ 4.400,- gross per month based on 40 hours; No travel allowance reimbursement!

· Working for a dynamic, fast-paced international environment

We are looking for a curious individual and someone who is open and adaptable to providing admin coverage to various different teams. This would not suit someone who is passionate about being a dedicated exec assistant to 1-2 leaders. The department assistant needs to be able to learn quickly and take initiative in ambiguous situations since they will be supporting new teams often and may not have all the context or background information. 

Excellent stakeholder management is key. Being able to reach out to different teams within the business as well as external vendors for events to get the job done or information that is needed. Also being able to adapt communications depending on the audience. 

Responsibilities:

  • Heavy calendar management - including maintaining calendars for executives, scheduling internal and external meetings, and resolving meeting conflicts
  • ● Coordinating travel arrangements (domestic and international) and other administrative duties (i.e. processing

    travel and expense reports)

    ● The ability to adapt and thrive in dynamic working environments, showcasing agility and flexibility when

    coverage assignments are assigned

    ● Taking concise notes in meetings and strategically circulating information to the broader team

    ● Engaging in heavy communication internally and externally

    ● Creating presentations and documents using PowerPoint and Google docs

  • Assisting with team projects, events, and/or off-sites as needed.
  • ● Process expense reports, accurately document business-related expenses incurred by executives, and provide the necessary documentation for reimbursement and credit card reports.

    Skills:

    ● Team-player who operates in a fast-paced team-oriented setting - no two days are the same, and being an interim support your team changes every assignment!

    ● Ability to handle sensitive information, maintaining confidentiality and integrity at all times

    ● Ability to be a self-starter and work autonomously - it will feel like you're starting a new role weekly, it’s exciting

    for some people and too much for others

    ● Understanding of how to prioritize and respond accordingly and timely - At the client change is constant, you

    need to have the ability to pivot,ask questions and determine what's a priority

    ● Strong writing skills and the ability to multitask - You’ll be supporting directors and VPs, as well as engaging

    with external partners

    ● Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Word, and Excel is essential - this is not something you will learn as you

    go, this is key to successfully delivery from day one
