We are now looking for a tech-savvy, customer-focused professional to strengthen our team. In this role, you will not only support existing customers but also onboard new clients and assist in the business development process.
TasksYour Role as Customer Success Manager
As a Customer Success Manager, you are the bridge between our technology and our clients. You will ensure a smooth onboarding process for new customers, help existing clients maximize their use of our platform, and support our sales and development teams in implementing technical integrations.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with technology, problem-solving, and building strong customer relationships in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
✅ Customer Onboarding & Training: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring seamless adoption of our platform.
✅ Technical Support: Assist customers with platform setup, troubleshooting, and integrations.
✅ Customer Relationship Management: Be the go-to contact for clients, providing support via email, phone, and video calls.
✅ Business Development Support: Work closely with sales to identify new opportunities and ensure technical feasibility for potential deals.
✅ Process Improvement: Collect customer feedback and collaborate with our development team to enhance the platform.
✅ Data & Insights: Track customer interactions in our CRM, analyze usage patterns, and proactively suggest improvements.
✅ Proactive Problem-Solving: Identify potential issues before they arise and offer solutions to enhance customer experience.
RequirementsWho You Are
🔹 You have a passion for technology and media and enjoy helping customers succeed.
🔹 You have basic technical knowledge (e.g., understanding software, APIs, cloud solutions, or media workflows).
🔹 You are a strong communicator in Dutch and English.
🔹 You are proactive, customer-focused, and eager to take ownership of projects.
🔹 You have experience in customer support, account management, or a similar role.
