You’ll mainly have a supporting and advisory role. You’ll ensure that our B2B customers receive the professional help they expect, and you’ll come up with solutions to help them continuously improve. You’ll mainly have a supporting and advisory role. You’ll ensure that our B2B customers receive the professional help they expect, and you’ll come up with solutions to help them continuously improve. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for web care, handling inbound calls , chats & tickets, and answering questions on a wide range of topics such as software, shipments, and general issues customers may encounter. You’re a good listener, and you love helping, advising, and coming up with solutions. Your communication skills are next level! You’re fluent in both German and English, both written and spoken. Multitasking is second nature to you, and you have a proactive and commercial mindset. Previous experience in Customer Service is a major advantage. Knowledge of e-commerce and/or SaaS (Software as a Service) is awesome to have. Full-time availability (40 hours/week)
