You ensure that our B2B customer group gets the help they need in a professional way and you come up with solutions where necessary to make improvements. You are also responsible for webcare, handling inbound calls, chats ️ & tickets and answering questions about various topics such as software, shipments, and other issues customers can encounter. You are a good listener and you like to help, advise and find solutions Fluent French and English , written and speech: this is a must-have! Multitasking is your second nature and you have a pro-active and commercial mindset Previous experience in Customer Support is a big plus Knowledge of online products / e-commerce and/or SaaS (Software as a Service) is a big plus You are available full-time (40 hours/week)
