As a Customer Service Employee, you are the lynchpin of the Order Management process. You are the first point of contact for customers and ensure that everything runs smoothly and on time. With your positive attitude, proactive attitude and strong communication skills, you will make a difference in a dynamic, international environment.

Over de functie- Processing and handling orders, including following up on samples and complaints.
- Answering customer queries quickly and efficiently.
- Assess customer expectations and provide solutions that work.
- Liaise with other departments within the organisation on a daily basis.
- Work on improvements in the order management process by identifying risks and opportunities.
- Keeping structure and overview, even in busy situations.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain is a plus, especially in an international environment.
- Knowledge of SAP and logistics processes, including INCO terms and customs documentation.
- Excellent command of the English language, both oral and written. Other languages are a plus.
- A team player who communicates clearly and collaborates easily.
- An eye for detail and a flexible attitude to change.
- A good salary commensurate with your experience.
