  • Bachelor's degree, any major
  • 2-3 years in B2B Customer Service
  • Proficient in Order To Cash process
  • Knowledge of domestic and international trade
  • Expert in MS Office and SAP
  • Fluent in business English
  • You live in the Netherlands and you are allowed to work in the Netherlands (in possesion of a BSN-number)
  • Highly collaborative team player
  • Cross-cultural awareness
