For our client, we're looking for a customer service representative Middle-East region. You will support the customer service team and during your day, you will be in contact with colleagues in different departments. With mainly administrative tasks like:
- Follow up on product availability with our planning department
- Preparing open order books for our customers
- Preparing shipment announcements for our customers
- Logging, investigating and solving customer complaints
- Processing and follow up on return shipments from customers
- Maintaining the customer service open order report

Functie eisen
- MBO graduated
- Available for 40 hours, less is not an option
- 2 years of experience in customer service or administration is an advantage
- Analytical skills
- You like to work with targets and KPI's
- Good knowledge of the English language. Other languages are an advantage
- Experienced in working with MS Office, MS Dynamics and Oracle
- Able to work in an international, multi-cultural environment
- You are willing to travel to Weert for work and preferably live in the Weert area
