As a customer service representative you're responsible for all (prospective) customers. You handle
administrative tasks and act in a supportive role for your colleagues.
You are the link between customer and organization.

You always strive for perfect customer service. You have great communication skills and are able to communicate in English and German. You always have your eyes on the result and you are stress resistant.
For this position you will start on the 1st of July. During the first few weeks, you'll follow a (mostly) full time training.
- You're ready to start from the 1st of July;
- You're fluently in the German and English language (Written and spoken);
- Representative for the German market;
- Customer minded;
- Stress resistant;
- Full time availability in the first weeks for training.
You will be the an important point of contact and you will act as a brand ambassador.
- Administrative customer service;
- Support colleagues;
- Troubleshooting;
- Act quickly.
You are going to work in the biggest customer assistance center in the middle of Maastricht. Here you will work with colleagues from all over the world!
