Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing support on orders, deliveries, and product-related questions. Process and manage orders efficiently in the system to ensure accurate and timely deliveries. Collaborate with internal departments such as Warehouse, Planning, and Procurement to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Maintain and update customer data to guarantee accuracy in order management. Assist with complaint resolution and proactively find solutions to improve customer satisfaction. Contribute to team discussions and initiatives to enhance overall customer service operations. German speaker (C1 or C2 level) with fluent English (C1). Dutch level must be at B level Previous experience in customer service, order management, or a similar role. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP or CRM systems is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
