Your Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing Excellence: You meticulously manage incoming orders for global brands using SAP, overseeing the entire process from order entry to shipping and providing post-sales support.
- Streamlining Customer Service: Assist the customer service team in processing new material requests and establishing new customer files to ensure efficient operations.
- Sample Coordination: On client requests, coordinate the provision of product samples and technical data sheets. You diligently record sample requests and manage their timely shipment.
- Master Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate master data within SAP and generate insightful sales reports to support informed decision-making.
- Customer Complaint Resolution: Collaborate with the sales team to streamline administrative processes for handling customer complaints effectively.
- Effective Internal Liaison: Foster productive communication with various internal departments, including production sites and the supply chain, to obtain essential information related to customer queries, orders, and product details.
- Colleague Support: Stand ready to provide backup support to colleagues during their absences, vacations, or training periods.
