  • Customer Engagement: Provide personalized assistance to customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and resolving queries efficiently.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to manage product inquiries and assist with order placements.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle complaints and process refunds or exchanges in line with company policies.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience and implement service enhancements.
Profiel
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (any other language is a plus)
  • Strong customer service experience, preferably in retail or e-commerce
  • Proficient in CRM systems and able to handle data efficiently
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments and adapts quickly to changing demands
  • Demonstrates cultural awareness and the ability to connect with diverse customers
