- Are you a fresh graduate or experienced with customer support?
- Customer Engagement: Provide personalized assistance to customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and resolving queries efficiently.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to manage product inquiries and assist with order placements.
- Issue Resolution: Handle complaints and process refunds or exchanges in line with company policies.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience and implement service enhancements.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (any other language is a plus)
- Strong customer service experience, preferably in retail or e-commerce
- Proficient in CRM systems and able to handle data efficiently
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
- Thrives in fast-paced environments and adapts quickly to changing demands
- Demonstrates cultural awareness and the ability to connect with diverse customers
