Operational Support: Serve as the main point of contact for store teams, assisting with issues related to IT, HR, logistics, and finance.Problem Solving: Identify and escalate operational challenges, ensuring they are addressed promptly by the correct department.Ticketing System Management: Handle incoming queries through phone and ticketing systems, ensuring all requests are properly logged and tracked.Collaborative Work Environment: Work closely with a multicultural team to maintain high service standards and provide efficient support.ProfielMinimum of MBO educational levelFluent in Polish + German or Dutch Able to perform in morning and evening shifts. Sunday emergency service (remote work) is fairly distributed among the team.Collaborative mindset, working effectively with colleagues across departments, including IT, HR, and finance
