Operational Support: Serve as the main point of contact for store teams, assisting with issues related to IT, HR, logistics, and finance.Problem Solving: Identify and escalate operational challenges, ensuring they are addressed promptly by the correct department.Ticketing System Management: Handle incoming queries through phone and ticketing systems, ensuring all requests are properly logged and tracked.Collaborative Work Environment: Work closely with a multicultural team to maintain high service standards and provide efficient support.ProfielMinimum of MBO educational levelFluent in German and English (any other language is a plus)Able to perform in morning and evening shifts.
