Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Employee include:
- Minimum MBO 4 working and thinking level;
- Good social and communicative skills;
- Good level of English (C1+). Knowledge of the Dutch language beneficial in the role;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel and Word);
- Ambition to improve internal processes;
- Detail oriented and a pro-active approach.
In this role as Customer Service Employee you are the first point of contact for our national and international pharmaceutical customers with whom you are able to build and maintain a good and professional relationship. You manage the order process, coordinate incoming shipments and outgoing order flow.
Your most important tasks as a Customer Service Employee are:
- To serve as the first point of contact for our customers;
- Managing the in- and outbound flows;
- Solving issues within the logistical process;
- Coordinate urgent shipments;
- Gather and maintain the data for the KPI’s;
- Register and follow up on deviations and complaints.
