You will work in a dynamic environment where each day brings something new. You will manage diverse interests from both the customer and the organization, taking on a variety of responsibilities, including customer service, planning and transport, and customs. Your tasks include:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for customers regarding specific operational questions and issues
  • Monitoring the progress and handling of exceptional services and products
  • Handling the administrative processing of customer service inquiries, including customer requests and complaints
  • Responsible for the correct handling, both administratively and communicatively, of (customs) documentation for shipments
  • Prioritizing and releasing orders in the system based on priority and date.
  • Collaborating closely with your colleagues in the warehouse

Functie eisen

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, WMS & warehouse planning
  • A strong customer service background with a passion to grow
  • Good knowledge of customs documentation
  • You are detail-oriented and have strong administrative skills
  • You can work independently and know how to set priorities
  • You are strong in communication and have excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
