🥜 In a nutshell

Within Picnic, we create every feature, campaign or optimization from the needs and wants of our customer. As a CRM Marketing Specialist you will work in our Customer Team, the team responsible for all Picnic’s marketing, customer proposition and experience. You will work closely together with our campaign managers, analysts and creatives to ensure all our campaigns are worked out in great detail. Together with the rest of our Customer Team we are responsible for giving our customers the best experience there impeccably executed customer communications are a big part of that.

🎯 What you’ll do
  • Develop and execute communication campaigns across different channels (email, push, WhatsApp, in-app, direct mail, etc.) to grow our customer base in the Netherlands.
  • Identify, understand, and help define target customer groups to improve communication effectiveness.
  • Manage day-to-day production and scheduling for all customer communication programs.
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative research, including customer interviews and A/B testing, to understand impact.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign results .
  • Coordinate marketing operations.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of analysts, creatives, and other Picnic teams to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Spot opportunities to improve current campaigns and coordinate the execution, from holiday campaigns (Christmas, Easter) to our famous statistics campaign, activations, recipe campaigns, product promotions, direct mail campaigns, and many more!
⭐ About you
  • Master’s degree in Marketing Management, Marketing Intelligence, Business, Communication Science, or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in marketing.
  • Strong emphasis on accuracy and thoroughness in campaign delivery.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects under pressure.
  • Equally creative and analytical, with a great eye for detail and dedication to perfect execution.
  • Fluent communication in Dutch and English.
  • Experience with marketing automation systems (e.g., Selligent or Braze) is a plus.
  • Bonus points if you are comfortable working with large relational databases (using SQL).
