As a Creative Assistant you'll work side-by-side with the founder every day and collaborate closely with a small, passionate team that cares deeply about what they create. Your tasks will include:
- Reviewing new workbooks to ensure it's uploaded correctly and visually polished;
- Editing newsletters for tone, clarity and formatting before it goes out;
- Fixing layout issues in Canva or adjusting visuals for better impact;
- Following up with freelancers to meet deadlines;
- Catching broken links or outdated design on a landing page - and fixing them yourself;
- Making sure the customer communication feels warm, clear and brand-aligned;
- Organizing project folders, reviewing pages, and updating copy or visuals when needed.
In this role you'll get a chance to be part of a meaningful mission in a creative, fast-growing company that's making a real difference in the lives of children and teens. The compensation for this position is up to €4,000 gross per month, based on a full-time schedule (40 hours/week) and depends on your experience and level of expertise.

Within four working days we will let you know if you qualify for the position. We will schedule an introductory interview, either digitally or in-person. During this interview we will inform you as fully as possible about the vacancy, the company and the following steps in the procedure. Functie eisen
The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:* Mbo-/Hbo-degree in Marketing, Communcation or a related field;
* 3-5 years experience in a similar position;
* Availability of 32 hours (4 days) per week;
* You have a sharp eye for detail and design: you know when something feels "off" and how to make it right;
* You're a clear communicator with excellent written English (Dutch is a plus);
* You're naturally organized, structured and love checklists;
* You're hands-on and proactive: when something needs fixing, you jump in and do it;
* You're kind but assertive when managing freelancers or vendors;
* Experience with tools like Canva, Google Drive and Trello;
* You take initiative and think ahead;
* Bonus points for experience with digital products, newsletters or landing pages.
