The Control Room is the beating heart of the warehouse, where central logistics control takes place. The purpose of this department is to optimize productivity and ensure delivery reliability. Without the Control Room, operations come to a standstill. In the Controlroom, you will work in three shifts and once a month on Sunday. You will report directly to the Team Lead of the Controlroom. As a Process Controlroom Specialist, you will translate available data into usable information for various internal stakeholders, as well as external partners. Optimizing productivity and guaranteeing delivery reliability are the main goals of the Controlroom.

• Manage operational processes based on accurate data.
• Handle incident management.
• Optimize the efficiency of production planning.
• Monitor performance on various KPIs and make adjustments as necessary.
• Advise on optimizing warehouse processes.
• Produce end-of-shift reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Functievereisten:

What do you bring to the controlroom?

• A completed HBO education.
• 2 to 4 years of work experience in a logistics or production environment.
• Leadership experience demonstrating analytical capabilities and powers of persuasion.
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Full-time availability and willingness to work in three shifts.
