We are looking for an experienced professional with over 5 years in CRM, analytics, and/or consumer segmentation to lead personalization initiatives for a well-known fashion company. You will collaborate closely with data science, CRM, and marketing teams to develop and execute tailored strategies that boost consumer engagement.

In this role, you will:

  • Govern and manage consumer segmentation and personalization models to improve consumer engagement and conversion;
  • Plan, refine, and coordinate the development of segmentation and personalization models, collaborating with internal teams;
  • Scope and coordinate email personalization experiments, ensuring effective execution and analysis;
  • Orchestrate automated personalization and data collection tactics to enhance tailored consumer experiences;
  • Plan and execute member research, gathering insights to inform and optimize personalization strategies.

* Over 5 years of experience in CRM, analytics, or consumer segmentation;
* Exceptional analytical abilities;
* Strong project management and teamwork skills;
* Practical experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools;
