Smith is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Total Rewards Analyst to join our dynamic and international HR team in Amsterdam. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs for our European offices (Netherlands, Germany, Romania, and UK). Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compensation Program Design & Management: Develop, implement, and administer competitive compensation programs, conducting market analysis, benchmarking, and recommending salary adjustments. This includes collaborating with management to ensure alignment with business objectives and budget considerations;
  • Benefits Program Administration: Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollments, terminations, and communication with third-party providers. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and optimize program effectiveness;
  • Compliance & Audit Management: Conduct regular audits of compensation and benefits data to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement;
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends, provide insights, and support data-driven decision-making. Prepare regular reports for management on program performance and cost-effectiveness;
  • HR Systems & Technology: Utilize HR systems (e.g., Workday) to manage data and streamline processes. Collaborate with the Workday team on system configuration and enhancements;
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party benefits providers.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in HR or Compensation & Benefits;
  • Knowledge of Dutch pension plans and WCR administration (WKR) is preferred;
  • Fluent English and proficient in Dutch;
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP);
  • Experience with Workday preferred;
  • Solid understanding of employee benefits laws, regulations, and best practices.
