The job
For Villa Coucou, our French fine dining restaurant, we are looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You support the Chef in creating great food for our distinguished guests. The Main Kitchen will oversee the preparation of dishes for The Chinoiserie, In Room Dining, our Club Room and all events and banquets.

Your knowledge and experience helps the team to maintain and improve the high level of service to our guests. Our staff led by Gregory Valeton ensures a high-quality personal dining experience that makes guests return as friends of the Villa. With passion, knowledge and experience, it is our goal to eventually earn a Michelin Star for Villa Coucou.

You ensure that your part of the kitchen is top-notch. An organized workplace and inspiring management of your team are just as important to you as preparing our high-quality dishes. Our team has an international composition. Besides Dutch and French, English is our official language.

Your main activities

  • Organize and furnish the allocated area of ​​the kitchen;
  • Prepare the dishes as efficiently as possible with optimum productivity without compromising our high quality standard;
  • Ensuring that all dishes are prepared consistently and according to standard recipes;
  • Prepare ingredients for the next day and hand them in to the Chef in time
  • Prepare M&P overview for the Chef who comes after your shift;
  • Ensuring good stock rotation by, among other things, correct coding and dating;
  • Pursuing the highest possible quality and presentation of our dishes;
  • Training colleagues in preparation method and presentation of dishes.
