In March 2025, De Plesman will open its doors in Scheveningen, The Hague. This brand-new hotel and restaurant concept is located in an iconic building where dunes, forest, city, and beach come together. With 100 hotel rooms, a Lobby/bar, Restaurant Suus, and a deli, this destination is set to become a culinary and hospitality hotspot.
Independent Hospitality has been exclusively appointed to recruit the restaurant team, and we are currently looking for a Chef de Partie to join this exciting venture.
As Chef de Partie, you will lead your station and ensure the smooth preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes for Restaurant Suus. Working closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef, you will play a key role in creating a memorable dining experience for every guest.
As a Chef de Partie you are responsible for:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role in a high-quality restaurant;
- Passion for food, creativity, and attention to detail;
- Strong leadership and organizational skills;
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
- Team spirit and excellent communication skills.
