TasksThe CEO will have the following key responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth: Lead the portfolio company in achieving a 3x increase in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), using a comprehensive approach that includes product innovation, expanding sales channels, and pursuing strategic acquisitions.
- SaaS Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a SaaS growth strategy that integrates product development, sales, commercial, and inorganic strategies to drive sustainable long-term growth.
- Leadership & Change: Guide the company through its next phase of transformation, fostering a high-performance culture while ensuring that operational and strategic initiatives are aligned with growth objectives.
- Culture: Build and maintain a positive, inclusive workplace culture, with a focus on employee engagement, retention, and leadership development.
- Recruiting: Scale the leadership team and workforce to meet growing market demands, ensuring that the portfolio company attracts and retains top-tier talent.
The ideal CEO will have a proven track record of successfully scaling SaaS businesses and leading team through periods of significant growth.
Key qualifications include:

SaaS Expertise: At least 10 years of experience in scaling B2B SaaS businesses.

Revenue Growth: Demonstrated ability to drive substantial ARR growth through product innovation, commercial growth like price increases, product bundling and sales strategy execution.

Leadership & Change Management: Experience in leading organizational change, building high-performance teams, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Strategic Expertise: Strong experience in designing and executing go-to-market strategies, with a clear understanding of how to blend commercial, product, and inorganic growth tactics.

Recruitment and Culture: Proven success in recruiting top talent, building new teams, and driving employee engagement across the organization.
